7-Color Cuisine

7-Color Cuisine was inspired by Marcia’s early experiences with wholesome fruits, vegetables, eggs, dairy, meat and poultry; lovingly prepared by her mother and grandmother.

Everything came from the family farm that was a co-operative venture between Marcia’s grandparents and parents. Farm life requires being well organized, producing top-quality products and using unadulterated ingredients in meals. A love affair with good colorful food led to Marcia’s culinary classes, which taught high-school boys to cook and her own early work with neurological and behavioral problems in children. Marcia’s book 7-Color Cuisine: A Cookbook and Nutrition Guide, is a culinary sojourn in four simple steps.

The system consists of pantry management, shopping guide, meal preparation, and enjoying meals together for better nutrition and digestion.
